What was the highlight of Sunrise Inn Dongdaemun
Quite and comfortable for stay long
I like the friendly staff Yana and the other guy (I forgot the name sorry), the private bathroom, and kitchen
I stayed for 9 nights in this property but they did not provide for changing the bed linen or pillowcases (maybe this based on guest request). I should ask them to change it or if they provided it in somewhere as they provide towel in the rack would be perfect :)

This is probably one of the cheapest private rooms in Seoul...
This is probably one of the cheapest private rooms in Seoul with a double bed. So I guess all the negative things from above are something you can expect. The room itself was clean, the bed and sheets as well. It's really close to the subway station and in the neighboorhood are lot's of (cheap!) restaurants, which serve really nice food.
The bathroom had some mold on the wall and the sewer was very smelly. The window in the room was small. The matress is Korean, which means it is pretty hard and can be uncomfortable. Our room was on the third floor but if people start cooking in the kitchen in the first floor we could smell it very well in our room.

Good location (1min from subway), many eating places and attractions, somewhat quiet room, huge bed, warm floor/sheets.
No elevator, floor wasn't warm during some nights.

Sunrise Inn Dongdaemun: No Regrets!
Staff: Yana has good sense of customer service. We didn't interact a lot but I had a lot of questions sent via Booking.com and she was able to answer everything promptly and accurately. She accommodated us even when we arrived at around 3am by making sure that our room key can be seen easily even without her around. She has good command of the English language and is pleasant to speak with. Room: The room is practical. Mixing in its value, I'd say that it's worth the price: we slept soundly during our entire stay, the bed has heating mattress and the floor is heated too. The bedsheets are clean so far. Bathroom is spacious and decent. We liked how quiet the area is. Never mind if our window is situated beside a parking building - the noise is quite minimal. The area is not too crowded but Sunrise Inn's vicinity is convenient for our needs: a 24 hr convenient mart w/ an ATM, coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy. I read negative reviews about the Inn but the key here is to not expect high end hotel quality for the price. What's important is that staying in Sunrise Inn is practical and comfortable enough for our brief vacation in Seoul (old as the property may seem but it gave us a warm accommodation/treatment). Given a chance we would love to go back and extend our stay more.
We didn't feel like leaving Sunrise Inn and Seoul. :(
